Why do I need to upload my images here?
This system automatically receives your images and order ID to organize them before sending them to our experienced designers. It allows us to handle customer requests more efficiently.
Additionally, we will double-check the shipping information. If the order is delivered to the wrong address, it will be discarded as we do not have a department to handle returns. Therefore, please make sure to carefully review your shipping information.
Will I receive a proof before production?
Yes, you will receive a proof 24 hours before production. You can request revisions if you're not satisfied. Please provide detailed descriptions of the changes you’d like to make so we can implement them all at once. We will send an updated proof after the changes are made. This helps ensure that production and shipping timelines are met.
*Important: After sending the proof, if we do not receive a response within 24 hours, we will proceed with production automatically. Once production begins, the order cannot be modified or canceled.
What is the design, production, and shipping timeline?
The typical design time is 1-2 days, but during holidays or peak seasons, it can take up to 4-8 business days. Production usually takes 2-3 days, and you will receive tracking information once your order ships. Standard shipping within the US typically takes 4-8 business days, express shipping takes 2-4 business days, and two-day shipping takes 1-2 business days. International shipping usually takes 7-15 business days.
If you want to prioritize the design and production for the earliest possible delivery, you can pay an additional $4.99. Otherwise, there’s no additional charge.
What is your return/refund policy?
We will offer a refund or replacement if the order encounters any of the following issues: lost items during shipping, defective products, torn or damaged items, or faded prints. Additionally, if the order does not match the requested size or color.
However, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for requests such as changing the size or color of a shirt after receiving it.
If an order is successfully delivered but lost or returned to the sender due to an incorrect address or "Addressee Unknown" (meaning the recipient's name does not match the local resident list), it falls outside our responsibility, and we are unable to provide a refund or replacement.
