Shipping and Delivery

At Hopicustom, all products are made-to-order to ensure personalized quality and uniqueness. This means production starts only after your order and payment have been confirmed.

Most of our products are produced at our facility in the United States, but we also source from suppliers around the world to offer shoppers a wider variety of goods. We only work with suppliers who adhere to our strict quality control guidelines and standards. This is the reason for the delivery times listed below.

Estimate Time Of Arrival

In addition to Standard/Economy Shipping, we also offer Priority Insured Shipping to cover your package (insurance for theft, loss, damage, etc.) and prioritize production.

Additionally, we have Express Shipping (2-4 business days) and ultra-fast Priority Express Shipping with 1-2 day delivery (available only in the US)

We process orders on business days which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Times, except for holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

To estimate when you can expect your order, please refer to the time frame below. It includes our most popular products and the following time periods:

Design and Production Time

Design Time: The typical design time is within 1-2 days after purchase (up to 7 days during major holidays). After that, we will send the design via chatbox or email. We encourage customers to message us through the chatbox at the bottom right of the screen for faster feedback on the design, making any necessary revisions smoother.

*Important: After sending the proof, if we do not receive a response within 24 hours, we will proceed with production automatically. Once production begins, the order cannot be modified or canceled.

Production Time (after design approval): Our production timeline may vary daily depending on the total order volume:

  • Apparel: 1-3 business days
  • Mugs: 1-3 business days

SHIPPING TIME

The estimated delivery time for our order will depend on your location. While we work closely with our logistics partners to provide you accurate delivery information, delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Once your product(s) are in transit, any delays are outside our control.

All shipping estimates are based on typical delivery times and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather delays, customs processing, or high shipping volume periods.

Please Note:

Once your order is ready for shipping, a tracking link will be sent to your email so you can track your package until it arrives at your home.

Additionally, if your order is personalized and/or requires multiple revisions, it may take a few days for our designer to complete the customization. The design time will depend on the complexity of the request.

We do not guarantee delivery dates. Once a package is with the shipping carrier, we cannot be held responsible for transit delays.

***For discounted products, payment is made immediately after your first successful purchase. The default shipping method applied will be Economy Shipping.

ORDER TRACKING

Once shipped, you will receive email notifications and may log in to our website for real-time tracking. Note that some orders may be sent using multiple parcels. In these cases, you will receive multiple emails and tracking numbers.

If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available, that just means the carrier has not processed your parcel yet. Please allow 3-5 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. When the parcel is scanned into the system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.

If it is over your estimated arrival date, please contact us, and we can take care of this for you.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that you provide the correct address at checkout because:

If there is incorrect or missing information that we can identify, we may need to contact you to update the delivery details, which could delay the shipment of your order.

We are not responsible if your order is delivered to the wrong address or returned to the sender. Returned orders will be sent back to our shipping partners’ warehouses and may be disposed of by them. Please double-check your provided shipping address before reaching out to our customer support team.

If you contact the carrier after your order has left our warehouse and request forwarding or redirection, we are not responsible if the parcel is lost, stolen, or damaged.
