You can request changes within 12–24 hours after placing your order, before production begins. If your order includes a proof, please reply within 24 hours. Once production starts, changes are no longer possible.

Yes! For personalized items, we send a preview via email or chat within 1–2 business days. You can request up to 2 revisions for free. If no reply is received within 24 hours, we proceed with production.

Absolutely. Most of our products allow you to customize names, nicknames, dates, and upload photos. Leave notes during checkout or contact us directly via chat or email.

Design time: 1–2 business days
Production time: Apparel (1–3 days), Mugs & Tumblers (2–4 days)
Shipping time:
- US: 4–8 days (Economy), 2–4 days (Express), 1–2 days (Priority Express)
- CA/EU/AU: 7–15 days
- Others: 10–20 days
You'll receive a tracking email once your order is shipped.

We’ll offer a refund or reshipment if your item is defective, damaged, wrong, or lost during shipping. We do not accept returns for custom items unless there is an issue. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Please contact us within 12 hours to correct your address. Once production or shipping starts, we cannot update the address. If returned, a reshipping fee will apply.

Yes! Our orders do not include paper invoices, making them gift-friendly. While we don’t offer handwritten cards yet, you can leave a note during checkout and we’ll try to include it in your design if applicable.

Absolutely. Your data is encrypted and used only for order fulfillment. We never share or sell your personal information to third parties.
