If you need to make design adjustments, please message us via the chatbox at the bottom right of hopicustom.com or email support@hopicustom.com immediately so we can make changes before production. After 24 hours from the design confirmation email, the order will be moved into production and cannot be modified

Orders can be canceled or modified within 2 hours of being placed.
